Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

Returns are only available if the product is faulty or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your product is faulty or has arrived damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will offer a replacement of the same item.

Shipping

If a return is approved due to a fault, the item must be returned in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the item is returned.
